We partner with public health facilities and organizations to increase our reach and impact.
With active programs in Dowa and Mangochi districts, we collaborate closely with District Health Management Teams to design, implement, and monitor Proactive Doorstep Care (PDC) initiatives. Together, we aim to bring accessible and impactful maternal and child health care services to underserved communities.
Delivering impacts through partnerships
Working with District Health Management Teams as an expert ally, we combine technical expertise with a flexible approach to maximize impact while minimizing complexity and cost. Acting as a force multiplier in the Community Based Maternal and Child Health ecosystem, we leverage our unique capabilities to help districts overcome barriers to scaling maternal and child health services, mobilizing community resources, and fostering local capacity and ownership.

Currently, with programs in two districts in Malawi, we collaborate with District Health Management Teams to design, implement, and monitor Proactive Doorstep Care (PDC) programs. At the community level, we engage with Village Health Committees, empowering them to promote awareness, mobilize resources, and support healthcare initiatives tailored to the needs of their communities.

We partner with like-minded organizations that share our values and goals, combining strengths and resources to amplify our impact and integrate PDC into platforms where it is currently absent.

To enhance our technical capacity, we work closely with expert partners, and through collaboration with Foundations, we aim to scale up PDC to reach even more underserved communities.
